Afrikaya Sponsored Walk Sunday 17th May 2026

How Far Will You Go to Make a Difference?

Join us for a 12km charity walk through the stunning Pewsey Vale, retracing the daily journey that children in New Yundum, The Gambia once made to reach school. Some were as young as three, walking almost this distance each day and crossing a busy four‑lane highway on the main Banjul–Brikama road.

Now in its ninth year, this much‑loved event continues by popular demand and raises vital funds for Afrikaya Nursery School.
